Riders can schedule their trips in advance, with options to pay using insurance, vouchers, coupons, or Medicaid payments. The program's pricing structure includes a standard fare of $10.00 for one-way trips, with discounted rates of $2.50 for seniors and disabled persons. Some eligible riders may even qualify for free transportation services. ADA Paratransit Services also provides door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation, accommodating passengers with service animals. With the flexibility of on-demand scheduling and shared rides, this program prioritizes the comfort and convenience of older adults, ensuring they can access essential medical appointments, run errands, or attend social engagements with ease.
