What Is a Washington State Parks Discount Pass?

The Washington State Parks Discount Pass is a card that helps reduce the cost of visiting and staying in Washington state parks. Depending on which pass you qualify for, you may get free entry to parks, camping discounts, or even free overnight stays during certain times of year. The type of discount you receive depends on which pass you are eligible for.

What type of Discount Passes are available?

There are several Washington State Parks discount passes, each with different benefits and eligibility requirements. They include:

Off‑Season Senior Pass

For those age 62 and older, the Off-Season senior Pass offers free camping and moorage from October 1st through March 31st, and weekday nights in April. It also gives access to $10-per-night electric hookups at campsites that offer them.

Senior Citizen Limited Income Pass

For people age 62 and older with a total household income of $40,000 or less, the Senior Citizen Limited Income Pass gives a 50% discount on standard camping and moorage fees. It also includes free day-use parking, boat launches, and trailer dump services.

Disability Pass
