The In-Home Care program offers convenient transportation services for older adults who require assistance with getting to appointments, running errands, or attending social activities. This program uses a caregiver's vehicle for transportation, charging a base rate starting at $25.00 per hour with an additional fee of $0.65 per mile traveled. Riders are required to make a minimum four-hour reservation that can be divided across three visits per week. To ensure a smooth experience, riders are encouraged to schedule their transportation needs a few days in advance through the Rides In Advance feature. Payment for the In-Home Care program can be made via insurance or credit card, providing flexibility and ease of access to transportation services for older adults. By offering personalized and reliable transportation options, this program aims to support older adults in maintaining their independence and staying connected to their communities.
