Am I eligible?

You may take part in this program if you are 21 years of age or older and blind. This means that your vision is poorer than 3/60 or 10/200. You must also have limited income and resources. Some resources such as your home, car, and certain portions of life insurance and burial accounts may not be counted when determining whether you meet the program guidelines.
